Why the constant change? Green coffee is a seasonal fruit, so we only buy fresh, small-batch specialty beans. To ensure every cup is exceptional, we also roast our coffee only when needed. After roasting, it takes about a week to test the roast and allow the unique flavours to fully develop. So, when one crop runs out, a new adventure begins with a different, equally amazing coffee.
