Processing Time: Orders are roasted and shipped within 1–3 business days (excludes weekends/holidays).

Domestic Shipping: - 
We ship across Canada via Canada Post with tracking provided. 
- 
Delivery times vary by location (typically 3–5 business days within Alberta, 5–10 days nationally).

Local Pickup: - 
Edmonton customers can opt for free pickup at our roastery:

International Shipping: Currently unavailable (we’re focused on perfecting freshness for Canadian customers!).

Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Free shipping on orders over $50 within Alberta. 
Issues? Let Us Know!
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us at support@trailheadcoffee.ca within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it ASAP.
Returns & Refunds
- 
Returns: Unopened, unused coffee bags or merchandise in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. 
- 
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs non-refundable unless the error was ours. 
- 
Damaged/Defective Products: Contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
